Beis Rivkah Elementary’s 1st Ever School-Wide Hakhel
1,500 students in Beis Rivkah-Campus Chomesh gathered together for a Hakhel event for all grades in the school’s elementary division, a first-of-its-kind event for the school. The gathering marked the Rebbezin’s birthday, and the anniversary of laying the cornerstone for the Campus Chomesh building.
Students from Pre-1A through 8th grade gathered in the lunchroom for an hour-long program. Beginning with the 12 Pesukim and Tzedakkah, the program featured a special video of the day – the cornerstone for the new building on Lefferts Avenue being placed and the Rebbe passing by in his car.
The event ended with Morah Music playing a number of songs, with the students singing along.
