Photos: Thousands Raised at KSCVK Cake Auction

KSCVK held its annual Ice Cream Social last night, the event featured over fifty cakes uniquely crafted by talented bakers. The cakes were later auctioned off to the highest bidder with some cakes going for as much as $1,500!

Some of the unique creations included ‘a catch of all the fish’ and the ‘Uno Bashert’ as well as a mazal tov post from CrownHeights.info with comments wishing Mazal Tov to the new couple.

    I think the most amazing cakes were the chasunapoly, the doll house, the tool set , catch of the sea. They had super ideas, talent and details which had to be worked on real hard to have such a beautiful results. Who ever made them, keep up the great work and may we all share simchas.

    people work so hard on their cakes; too bad the auction is postponed till the end; and has to be rushed; nice idea but needs better handling
