You really are stupid, not to mention, thoughtless. Did it even occur to you that the man in crocs may not have better shoes to wear? Why don’t you find out how to anonymously provide him with a more appropriate pair and get gloves while you’re doing the mitzva.

Many elderly people have terrible foot problems, so perhaps crocs are the only comfortable shoe he can wear, snow or not.
