Snow Alert Issued for NYC
Sanitation officials have issued a snow alert ahead of expected precipitation in New York City.
The Department of Sanitation says in a statement Monday agencies have been alerted for possible snow beginning Tuesday at 4 p.m.
Officials say agencies should prepare for a potential response to snow downfall by loading salt spreaders and lining up personnel as needed.
