If you read the thing it reads "Assemblyman Dov Hikind & Councilman Simcha Felder invite the entire community.." I would figure that they are arranging this thing.
& right in the center it reads "featuring Mayer Michael Bloomberg". I would guess that this is for his re-election (in case you didn’t know he is running for re-election this week.
