BDE: Reb Yehudah Dov (Leibish) Greenbaum, 63, OBM

With great sadness we report the sudden passing of Reb Yehudah Dov (Leibish) Greenbaum OBM, a member of anash in North Miami Beach, Florida. He passed away on Monday, the 4th of Elul, 5780.

He was 63 years old.

Leibish was born to Tzvi Menachem (Mendel Der Suldat) and Sima Leah Greenbaum, and grew up in the Boro Park neighborhood of Brooklyn.

He later married Sara and lived for a period in Kfar Tapuach, Israel, before settling down in North Miami Beach, Florida, where he lived until his passing.

He is survived by his wife Sara, and his children Zevi Greenbaum (North Miami Beach, FL), Devorah Perel Manzorlahagh (Queens, NY), Estee Levine (Crown Heights), Rochie Gutlaizer (Crown Heights), and Miriam Bayzman (Crown Heights).

He is also survived by his siblings; Yossie Greenbaum (Crown Heights), Shlomie Greenbaum (Miami, Florida), Baila Rochel Eckhaus (Pomona, NY), Perel Rivkah Rubin (North Miami Beach, Florida).

The Levaya will take place Wednesday, 3:30pm at the Montefiore Cemetery in Cambria Heights Queens.
