BDE: Rabbi Menachem Mendel Drizin, 83, OBM
With great sadness we report the passing of Rabbi Menachem Mendel Drizin OBM, a resident of Crown Heights whom the Rebbe specifically instructed to move to the Schuna. He passed away on Monday, the 19th of Nissan, 5780.
He was 83 years old.
He is survived by his wife Chana, and children: Motty Drizin (Crown Heights), Chaim Drizin (Crown Heights), Dina Cohen (Toronto, Canada), and Dovid Drizin (Los Angeles, CA), as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He is also survived by his siblings Sholom Ber Drizin (Crown Heights), Chaim Itche Drizin (Aventura, Florida), Mrs. Freeda Kugel (Crown Heights), and Mrs. Leah Rubin (Boro Park, Brooklyn).
