BDE: Rabbi Shmuel Chefer, 89, OBM

With great sadness we report the passing of Rabbi Shmuel Chefer OBM, dean of the Beis Rivkah Seminary of Kfar Chabad. He passed away over Shabbos, the 17th of Nissan, 5780.

He was 89 years old.

He passed away due to a heart attack over shabbos.

He is survived by his wife Rivkah, and his children: Rabbi Moshe Chefer (Kfar Chabad, Israel), Rabbi Menachem Mendel Chefer (Kfar Chabad, Israel), Mrs. Devorah Shikovtzky, and Mrs. Naavah Slonim (Modi’in, Israel), as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
