Chabad Cheers on Los Angeles Marathon Runners
Chabad of Simcha Monica and the “Mitzvos on the spot for people on the go” cart were spotted at the finish line of the LA marathon, in which over 25,000 runners participated. They put on Teffilin with the runners as well as friends and family who came to congratulate them.
They also gave out Matzos, holiday guides, and Shabbos candles. Many people appreciated the fact that they came to bring Judaism to the marathon and one runner told them “you guys are awesome keep up the good work!!”
