NYC Mayor Releases Statement on Thursday Night’s “Protest”, Gets Torched Online For Siding With The Instigators

by CrownHeights.info

New York City Mayor Eric Adams stepped into the quagmire that is the Crown Heights “protest” this past Thursday night with what he must have thought was a politically correct statement, calling victims of the “protest” to come forward, so justice could be served. Instead of a welcome, he got absolutely torched online.

“Those women aren’t coming forward because they are terrorist affiliates,” Yosef Hershkop, a Crown Heights resident and activist responded to the Mayor. “Also hate clearly has a place in NYC as the Jewish community has literally been experiencing hate non stop so forgive us if we weren’t so nice to the terrorists Thursday night.”

Adam’s response to the incident came hours after another “protest” was planned, with instigators attempting to galvanize other communities to join in protest, using “Jewish landlords” and other rhetoric to stir up hatred and bolster their protest.

The comments, worth reading on their own, speak for themselves.

Neither Adam’s or Cuomo are perfect candidates for mayor
One of the 2 will win
And we the Jewish community are probably not going to be the deciding vote in the general election

I think both the behaviors of the pro-Palestinians and my neighbors the Chabad Jews was wrong. I understand my community felt attacked and felt like it had to defend itself. But everyone involved should have avoided violence. That being said, I think the fact that you the NYC Mayor only called out one side when both sides are guilty of violence is wrong.
