ULYOP Students Go Hands-On with Bees

Hashem’s intricacies and how exact the world works is mind boggling! Rabbi Harari’s 8th grade class at United Lubavatcher Yeshiva of Ocean parkway got to see that fact first hand.

After traveling to The Bee Barn in Cranbury, NJ for an in depth, hands on (literally!) lesson form a life long natural bee keeper.

The students participated in age old skills of calming the bees, hive inspecting and by doing so figured out what Hashem has the bee’s doing and even got to taste some of the delicious fresh honey.

“I cant believe I got so close them, I’m usually scared of bees” said Benny. “We were all handling bees and no one got stung!” said Yitzchok.

If we look at the smallest details we can see Hashem’s greatness, we just have to look!

  • Oh no!

Those innocent bees, you’re taking away everything they stand for! They may sue the human race, you know…
    LOL, couldn’t help it :)

  • I'm impressed!

    I’m impressed!
A lot more exciting than the same same annual trip to the aquarium that my kids had when they were in elementary school.
Go ULU-OP – you are truly connecting with the boys, may they all stay connected to Torah and mitzvos.
