With great sadness we inform you of the passing of R. Michoel Teitelbaum at the age of 93, Baruch Dayan Haames.
R. Michoel established Oholei Torah and directed it for about 50 years. Rabbi Teitelbaum was born in 5672 (תרב"ע) and started out his vital chinuch work by establishing chadorim for children with mesirus nefesh in the Soviet Russia.
The Levaya will be held today - Thursday, leaving from Shomrei Hadas @ about 1:00pm and passing 667 Eastern Pkwy. (Oholei Torah) @ about 1:30pm and passing by 770 @ about 2:00pm.
