Hundreds Attend the Lubavitcher Yeshiva Ocean Parkway Chinese Auction

In an event themed on “focusing on the future” hundreds attended a Chinese Auction held to benefit the Lubavitcher Yeshiva, Ocean Parkway. From 1:30 in the afternoon at the Campus Chomesh, Bais Rivkah ballroom was a showcase of all the items being offered up for auction. At 7:00pm a unique and special program was displayed for the entertainment of the people attending the auction, there was a play and speeches all around “the future of our children”, a hot topic of the night was Shiduchim, and a special guest speaker, Shimshon Stock, spoke about the topic at length followed by a Q&A session.

    I am a former student of ULY ocean parkaway, which is the ONLY ULY branch that cares for it students, I hope that all the profits from this succesful auction stay withing the daled amos of 821 ocean parkway to the real dedicated staff (Rabbi Avtson, Rabbi Dechter etc.) of ULY because they represent what a staff should be by working as hard as they can with all the boys and do their very best to maintain a school unlike some of the other ULY members (eastern parkway) who barely work and think its easier for kids to get thrown out school and become someone elses problem then deal with it themselves, ULY ocean parkway is the only boys school in lubavitch that actually cares and unlike chovevei torah that is why they are successful. another koodos to sholom avtzon, your good will has left an everlasting impression on me
