Hundreds Gather in CH for Yud Alef Nissan Farbrengen

The Yud Aleph Nissan Farbrengen attended by a large crowd last night in the Campus Chamesh – Beis Rivkah was arranged by the Central Aguch, headed by Rabbi Avrohom Shemtov.

The Gabbai, Rabbi Zev Katz, who chaired the Farbrengen invited Rabbi Yisroel Freedman to address the crowd with a ‘Dvar Malchus’ on Yud Alef Nissan and its significance. Other speakers were Rabbi Leibel Zalmenov of Bnei Braq, Rabbi Moshe Lazar of Milan, Italy, Rabbi Lipe Schapiro, member of the General Vaad Rabonai Lubavitch.

Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky of the Merkos L’inyonei Chinuch presented an account of the special Seders arranged by the Merkos in world wide locations.

Rabbi Avrohom Shemtov emphasized the importance of unity among Anash and considered this the most fitting gift for the Rebbe in honor of Yud Alef Nissan.

    This farbrengen should have taken place in 770.

    I heard that R’ Yoel Kahn said he’d only attend if the farbrengen would have taken place in 770.

    Thank you R’ Shemtov, thanks for sabotaging our yud aleph nissan. Hopefully you will do tshuva and we will be farbrenging together in 770 in the near future.
