Photos: 1000 at Moscow Yud Tes Kislev Farbrengen

In a sight yet to be seen in Moscow, over 1,000 people gathered to partake in a Yud Tes Kislev Farbrengen marking 200 years to the passing of the Alter Rebbe.

The Farbrengen was held in the hall of the recently inaugurated Jewish Museum, which is a visable from and adjacent to the central famous Shul and Jewish center, the Marina Rosha.

Rabbi Berel Lazar, the head Shliach to Russia, led the Farbrengen delivering the main speech which combined the Alter Rebbes torah together with wisdom and insights from the Rebbe. His speech kept the crowed riveted for over an hour.

A very strong impression was left on the crowd who concluded the Farbrengen with a massive ‘march’.
