Over 3500 Attend Kinus Hatmimim Haolami!

CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn [CHI] — Over 3,500 Bochurim packed into the Rosa Hall in Beis Rivka Campus Chomesh for the 5th annual Kinus Hatmimim Haolami and Farbrengen in honor of Yud Shvat. The Kinus/Farbrengen is the main event in a long weekend packed with Shiurim, Farbrengens and more for Bochurim who come in from Yeshivos all over the world in Honor of Yud Shvat.

In addition to all the attendees were residents of the community who took part along with hundreds more who tuned in to the live broadcasted from around the world, here on CrownHeights.info in collaboration with Col.org.il.

Emceeing the event was Rabbi Yossi Zaklikovsky of Vaad Talmidei Hatmimim and the speakers throughout the evening included Rabbi Sholom Ber Charitonow, Rabbi Yoel Kahan, and Rabbi Menachem Mendel Gordon.

During the Farbrengen a video of the Rebbe was played which included a segment with the Rebbe singing ‘Tzomo Lecho Nafshi’ along with the participants at a Farbrengen and the attending Bochurim joining in the singing along in powerful unison.

Following the formal part of the Farbrengen the Bochurim spilt up into group and huddled together and Farbrenged well into the night.

    to Zevi. Ohalei Torah was always there only now the hanahalh (read nacman schapiro) was also there. and gave his permission, all the past years all hanahlah was there including sternberg who is an ally of nachman. last year there was maybe 8 bochrim in zall (out of 250) that was at seder, so it is not realy that ohalei torah showed achdus, it was more that nacman schapiro has come around to achdus.

    Yah, but to get oholei torah to come, they had to give in to a bunch of demands from the hanhala of oholei torah, such as no ZI”A, no Rabbi Krinsky, no Rabbi Shemtov etc.

    The program was run by mishechist Mashpiim… why couldn’t they have stayed in 770?…why did they have to come and change the way our farbreingans are run?

    the reason sedar was empty all the years was not because the buchorim were in bais rivka, (how many oholei torahniks do you recognize in last years pics…?)rather they were at the farbreingan in 770, or catching up on lost sleep from the oholei torah farbreingan the night before!

You shoulld spread the word & nobodt should deny themselves this opportunity that Od Avinu Chai and youcan come here to see that ”Lubavitch Lebdt”.
