I’m confused. Is it a time to dance or a time to sit at a farbrengen? (Or if you are Litvish, a time to shteig in learning?) I thought it was a time, like Simchas Torah, to davao dance, dance, dance! When did it suddenly become chassidish to not dance at simchas bais hashieva, but rather to sit and farbreng?!
