Crown Heights Assemblymember Brian Cunningham Endorses Mamdani For Mayor

In an X post published Tuesday, socialist and Democratic nominee Zohran Mamdani announced the acceptance of an endorsement from a sitting assemblyman, Crown Heights’s own Brian Cunningham.
“Zohran and I came into the Assembly from different lanes,” the post on X said, “but as sons of immigrants, we’ve always shared a belief in building a New York that works for the people.”
Cunningham, Assembymember for the 43rd District, won his seat with the Jewish community’s help in a 2021 special election before being re-elected again in a clean sweep in 2022.
As of the publication of this article, notice of the endorsement has not been published on any of Cunningham’s social media channels.

So I’m going to guess that all our “askonim” will remain silent…. AND when this guy Brian Cunningham is up for re election they will be running around endorsing him and will say his endorsement was taken out of context…..

Our “askonim” spend loads of time and even money to suck up to political players. After investing so much, and finally getting to stand near these demi-gods for a photo op, they don’t want to admit they bet on the wrong horse. All they care is about THEIR OWN ability to be near power and feel important. The good of the klal takes a back seat to their personal “achievements” as they kiss the feet.
