As commercial establishments proliferate in Crown Heights, some things remain a constant – and Mr. Clean’s status as a leading neighborhood dry cleaners that pioneered organic cleaning services remains unchallenged.

When they opened their store at 336 Albany Ave nearly 15 years ago, organic dry cleaning was simply not a familiar concept in Crown Heights, and no one else was doing it.

But this local family owned business, believing deeply in the cause and the health and environmental benefits that it provides, scoured the tri-state area for a company that could provide the organic cleaning services they were seeking.

But what’s particularly remarkable is that Mr. Clean has also remained committed to affordable prices, charging the same as other local cleaners while offering superior service at a higher expense to themselves.

Mr. Clean is also an establishment that believes in giving back, doing so by cleaning the tablecloths for multiple shuls as well as gowns for local gemachs free of charge, and continues to work with various organizations to facilitate the distribution of coats for needy children.

In an interview with the store owner, he thanked his customers for their continued support, which has allowed Mr. Clean to continue to give back, and helping the Crown Heights community.
