Permits Filed For 1337 Sterling Place In Crown Heights

Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 1337 Sterling Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Troy Avenue and Schenectady Avenue, the lot is near the Utica Avenue subway station, serviced by the 3 and 4 trains. Michael Uhr of BL Realty Corp is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 8,130 square feet for residential space. The building will have nine residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 903 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 49-foot-long rear yard.
