Photos: Cops to Beef Up Security for CTeen Shabbaton
With 1,000 Jewish teens expected at the CTeen Shabbaton scheduled for next week, CTeen staff met with the NYPD from the 71st and 77th precincts to formalize plans to beef up security in the neighborhood.

so the rest of us dont count all year long? only when we have extra security do we see cops on a regular night you can never find one and if you need one it can take hours before you do
and yet more cops just means more tickets
