Man Dead, Another Injured in Two Crown Heights Shootings Sunday
Crown Heights residents are calling for change after police say two men were shot in the neighborhood on Sunday.
A 23-year-old man was shot in the leg just before midnight near the Kingsborough Houses, according to the NYPD. A suspect is still at large, police said.
Lavel Frazier, 40, was shot and killed on Sterling Place Sunday morning, according to authorities.
