Man Snatches Yarmulkah From 10-Year -Old’s Head on Crown Heights Subway

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man wanted for snatching the Yarmulkah from a 10-year-old’s head on a Crown Heights Subway.

It was reported to police that on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 7:45pm, onboard the northbound #3 train at the Franklin Avenue and Eastern Parkway, an unidentified male approached a 10-year-old boy and snatched his Kippah off his head before fleeing.

The victim was not injured as a result of this incident, and the NYPD is looking to press grand larceny charges on the unidentified man.
