Suspect in Sunset Park Shooting, Frank James, Taken Into Police Custody

Police in Manhattan today arrested Frank James, the person they believe to be responsible for the shooting on the Subway in Brooklyn yesterday.

The shooting left at least sixteen people injured, and sparked a manhunt that lasted over 24 hours.
