Cars Broken Into In Crown Heights For Third Night This Week

For the third night this week, a car burglar has struck in Crown Heights, smashing through a cars window to access the vehicle.

Last night break in took place near the corner of Crown Street and Troy Ave, just a block away from where a car was similarly broken into over Monday night.

The burglar responsible for this string of break-ins isn’t content with trying door handles and rummaging through open cars, instead, he shatters car windows to gain access to the cars he wants.

The owner of the vehicle reached out to CrownHeights.info, and reported that items stolen from the vehicle included a pair of boxing gloves, sunglasses, electricity converter, and some old cards. One of the cards was found on the corner of empire and Schenectady Thursday morning.
