Man Found Shot, Dead, Between Parked Cars
A man in his late 20’s was found dead, of apparent gunshot wounds, between two parked cars on Empire Boulevard.
The incident occurred at approximately 3:00am Wednesday night. The victim, who resides on Midwood Street, suffered a gunshot wound to the stomach in the lobby of 853 Empire Boulevard. He then made his way out of the building, fell to the ground and succumbed to his wounds.
Police are investigating this death as a homicide and a crime scene unit has been working at the scene since early Thursday morning.
853 Empire Boulevard is a massive apartment building, between Schenectady and Utica Avenues, which has 101 residential units and is owned by Alex Wagman of Spring Valley New York, who is the president of 853 Empire Boulevard LLC.

Oh, well!!!back to normallcy in New York. Those clueless people like Obama, Biden, Schumer, Bloomberg and Finestein think tougher laws will end these guns killing. Chicago has one of the toughest set of enforced anti-gun laws in the nation–did it help that girl who performed inWashington? Did prohibition work? All it did was to encourge crime and penalize the law obeying citizens. These clueless people equate duck and dear hunters with gang bangers and repeat drunk drivers with NASCAR racers. What these clueless people propose will only increase the violence and killings.
