Police Take 4 into Custody Following Wild Chase

The four suspects lay cuffed on the ground.

CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — A dramatic scene unfolded on President Street where a police chase ended. The car, a white BMW, was occupied by four individuals and they were all taken into custody.

The incident occurred at around 2:30pm; police were chasing a white BMW sedan whose occupants – four black males – were possibly involved in a shooting. Officers stopped the car on President Street and Brooklyn Avenue, and came out with their guns drawn while calling for backup.

Tens of police cars and even more officers flooded the scene and ordered the suspects out of the car, then cuffed them as they laid on the ground, and took them into custody as well as the car.

Police were seen searching though piles of garbage on Union Street and Nostrand Avenue in connection with the incident.

    I was there! There were at least 20 police cars! I didn’t know what happened till they put it on line. Wow! That was a major crime scene!

    CH residents should thank their neighbors they don’t need TV’s or have to go to movies they have front row real life action and drama almost every day.
