Jew Stabbed in an Attempted Robbery

BROOKLYN, NY [CHI] — A Jewish man from Queens was stabbed this afternoon as he was leaving a building he manages on Church Avenue near Crown Heights. The incident took place on Church Avenue between Bedford and Rogers Avenue at around 1:10pm Monday Afternoon.

Hatzalah and Shomrim responded and treated the victim who sustained a knife wound to his left hip and was categorized as a moderate injury, and was transported to Kings County Hospital for further treatment.

The incident happened in front one of the building the victim manages and collects rent, where he was accosted by two Black males who demanded money then stabbed the victim, it is unclear if they made off with any loot.

Police are investigating.

    For all those that have properties in such areas, or have alot of cash, get yourself a license to carry a gun. You have to be able to protect yourself.
