    My idea is instead of a bunch of rich people giving money The money gets siphoned out very quickly to who knows where they should all get together opened up some type of business which will generate money constantly for the schools and may be able to employ a bunch of people at the same time and I think that people will want to go shopping at a business like that knowing where the moneys is going to. Just a thought
