Lipa Visits the Melbourne Friendship Circle!

“Gelt” was alive and well this Chanukah down under, with Lipa Schmeltzer at Melbourne’s Friendship Circle’s exclusive concert for Friendship Circle’s participants, volunteers and Families.

Volunteers, FC participants and families alike were all bouncing to the beat as Lipa sang “Abee gezunt” and “Shtei Uf” amongst many of their favorite songs.

As the Friendship Circle participants converged on the stage, Lipa soon found himself joined by an all too happy band of newly found vocalists and entertainers, giving Lipa some of his fiercest competition to date.

When Lipa was asked why came to Melbourne a response was heard “Because it’s a Lipa (leap) Year”.
