A New Way to Make the Daily Mitzvah Part of Every Child’s Day
A new initiative is making it easier for children around the world to follow the Rebbe’s call to learn the daily Sefer HaMitzvos.
The goal is simple: Every child. Every day. Every mitzvah.
DailyMitzva.com is a free website created to help families, schools, teachers, shuls and Shluchim make daily Sefer HaMitzvos part of a child’s routine.
Each day, children can visit the site to learn the day’s mitzvos. Some days include one mitzvah, while others include multiple mitzvos. After learning, children answer questions to reinforce what they learned.
The questions are grade-specific, with simpler questions for younger grades and increasingly challenging questions for older students. This allows children of different ages to participate while being challenged at their own level.
A Weekly Challenge
To encourage consistency, DailyMitzva.com holds a weekly raffle.
Children who answer all of the questions for the entire week qualify for that week’s raffle.
The goal is not just the prize. It’s to help children build a daily habit of learning the mitzvos and coming back each day.
Now It’s Your Turn
Parents: Learn the daily mitzvos with your children.
Schools: Make it part of the school day.
Teachers: Give your students a few minutes each day to learn and answer.
Shuls and Shluchim: Share it with the children and families in your community.
