BDE: Yanky Levinson, OBM

With great sadness we report the passing of Yanky Levinson OBM, a Crown Heights native known and beloved by many in the community. He passed away this morning, the 17th pf Tishrei 5787, following a prolonged and difficult illness.

Despite his suffering, Yanky was known for his warm smile, his love for his fellow Jews, his willingness to assist others, and his generosity to tzedakah.

He is survived by his siblings, nieces and nephews, and an extended family. His parents, Rabbi Hillel Levinson and Mrs. Esther Malka Levinson, OBM, predeceased him.
