Kinus HaMechanchim to Feature Dedicated Tracks for Every Chinuch RoleNo two roles in Chinuch are the same.

A classroom teacher faces questions a principal never deals with. An administrator carries responsibilities a Tzivos Hashem Base Commander doesn’t. And a day school mechanech works with a set of opportunities and challenges all his own.

This year, the Kinus HaMechanchim is being built with that in mind.

With registration now underway, Merkos’s Chinuch Office has announced focused programming for this year’s Kinus, with dedicated tracks built around the many distinct roles within Chinuch.

The tracks cover teachers in Lubavitch schools, day school educators and leadership, principals, administrators and fundraisers, and Tzivos Hashem Base Commanders, along with networking for curriculum experts and special recognition for school bus drivers.

Each track offers sessions tailored to that role, giving participants a chance to connect with peers, work through shared challenges, and gain practical guidance to bring back to school.

“Every person involved in Chinuch carries a different responsibility,” said Rabbi Mendy Kotlarsky, General Chairman of Merkos’s Chinuch Office. “This year’s Kinus is being built to speak directly to each of them, to help every one fulfill his unique role to the fullest.”

New this year, Yeshiva bus drivers are invited to take part in the Kinus HaMechanchim banquet, in recognition of the role they play in talmidim’s lives. A bus driver sets the tone for a talmid’s day with patience, a chassidishe word, and genuine care.

To keep the sessions relevant and practical, a Vaad of seasoned experts in each field has been chosen to guide each track:
