BDE: Reb Yitzchok Zev Lebovics, 76, OBM
With great sadness we report the passing of Reb Yitzchok Zev Lebovics OBM, a pillar of the Montreal Jewish Community and a devoted עוסק בצרכי ציבור for all Anash and the greater Jewish community for way over 50 years.
He was 76 years old.
He was an endeared Chazzan, Gabbai in בית המדרש ליובאוויטש Montreal who was
majorly involved with remarkable dedication in the Rebbe’s Mivtzoyim and in endless Chesed.
He is survived by his wife Doba (Reikhtman), and children; Rabbi Yossi Lebovics (Inverrary, FL), Mrs. Raizy Dworcan (Montreal, Canada), Mrs. Rochel Rosenberg (Inverrary, FL), as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He is also survived by his older brother Reb Yossi Lebovics of Toronto, Canada.
Was predeceased by his first wife and mother of his children Mrs. Chaya Aydel Lebovics (nee Tennenhaus) z”l.
The Levaya will take place at 2:00pm in front of Yeshiva 6405 Westbury Ave, followed by Kevura at the Lubavitcher Cemetery “Cemetery Laval Duvenei”.

Our dear brother in law has left his earthly life with an overflowing careful of Mitzvos and Chasodim. We had so many shared experiences especially when we raised our children at the same time. His memory will be a credit to AM Yisroel and his children and grandchildren continue in his Derekh Hashem.
