Young Shliach Celebrates his Hanochas Teffilin at Tzeirei Hashluchim
TSFAS, Israel [CHI] — The young Shliach Hatomim Nachman Oberlander the son of the Head Shliach in Hungary, Harav Boruch Oberlander, began this week putting on Teffilin as is customary two months before his Bar Mitzvah. For this special occasion his father and brother went to Eretz Yisroel and joined in the event of his Hanochas Teffilin.

After davening, the Bochurim sat down to listen to part of the Bar mitzvah Mamar. They also heard divrei torah from Rabbi Boruch Oberlander, the Rosh Yeshiva, Harav Sholom Ber Hertzel, the Menahel Ruchni, Harav Shlomo Asaraf and the Mashpeim.
Before the year started the Oberlander family requested the Yeshiva to accept their son even at his young age, being that there was no yeshiva fit for his age. The Hanhala of yeshiva accepted him and he joined many other Talmidim Hashluchim from all around the world which learn in this yeshiva. Soon he’ll also join the minyan!
