Global Community for Young Shluchim Launches New Year with Expanded Programming
Young Shluchim worldwide are kicking off a new year of connection, learning, and Chassidishe inspiration as the MyShliach community begins its flagship programs, alongside exciting new offerings and an expanded Family Membership.
For thousands of young Shluchim and Shluchos, MyShliach’s programs offer more than information; they create a feeling of connection. Even in remote cities with no frum classmates or farbrengens to join, the daily rhythm of MyShliach learning and programs builds a sense of community that spans continents.
“The Rebbe emphasized that Yaldei Hashluchim aren’t just children of Shluchim: they are Shluchim themselves,” said Rabbi Mendy Kotlarsky, Executive Director of Merkos 302. “Our job is to give them what they need to thrive: a Chassidishe chinuch, personal attention, and a real community. Wherever they live, whatever language they speak, they should feel proud, connected, and supported in their Shlichus.”
Now, with registration open for beloved MyShliach staples like Ach/Achos Sheli, Yeshivas Erev, Chassidus Club, and Chidon, 5786 kicks off with new programs, expanded Hebrew offerings, and more ways than ever to keep young Shluchim connected, inspired, and growing together.
“There’s real new energy this year,” says Rabbi Yossi Elberg, Assistant Director at MyShliach, Merkos 302. “In addition to our core programs, we’ve expanded across all fronts: more initiatives, new girls’ programming, and a full rollout of our Hebrew-speaking department on a state-of-the-art platform.”
“It’s crucial for young Shluchim to have a space where they can connect with and be strengthened by their peers from around the world,” says Rabbi Mendy Shanowitz, director of MyShliach at Merkos 302. “We are here to care for the global family of Shluchim, supporting these young leaders so they can fulfill their Shlichus with joy.”
