BDE: Lubavitch Boy Struck and Killed While Crossing Eastern Parkway Shabbos Afternoon

Tragedy struck in Crown Heights Shabbos afternoon when an 8-year-old Lubavitch boy was struck and killed while crossing Eastern Parkway.

According to police report, Mordica [Mordechai Dovid] Keller OBM was crossing Eastern Parkway at Albany Ave around 5:30pm when he was struck by a black Honda Pilot.

First responders rushed to administer first aid, and he was transported by Hatzalah to Kings County Hospital where he passed away. Chessed Shel Emes is actively working to ensure Kovod Hames.

The driver of the SUV, who has not been identified, stayed on scene and was not arrested in the incident.
