Public Notice from the Vaad Hakohol – Crown Heights Jewish Community Council
The Vaad Hakohol of Crown Heights has released a statement on the planned protest coming to the Crown Heights area.
Text of the notice below:
We have been informed of a planned anti-Semitic gathering scheduled for tomorrow evening (Monday) near the Barclays Center (Atlantic and Flatbush Avenues).
The Vaad Hakohol is fully updated on the situation and has been in direct contact with the relevant law enforcement and security agencies, including senior officials of the NYPD. We have confirmed to our satisfaction that a comprehensive security plan is in place, and the protesters will not be permitted to come into direct contact with the Crown Heights Jewish community.
Based on current information, the gathering is expected to begin at 7:00 PM. Residents are advised to remain aware, especially if traveling from Manhattan into Crown Heights.
We strongly urge community members not to engage with the protesters. Their goal is to provoke a response that could bring negative consequences to our community.
Please continue with regular activities and remain alert.
The Vaad Hakohol will continue to monitor the situation closely and will issue further updates if necessary.

Without hashem help your 22 won’t save you

You don’t relay on miracles, Have you heard about it

in order to have a miracle, you need to make a keili. a 22 can be considered a keili.

The Rebbe said violence it is not
Chabad’s response. The Rebbe opposed lawlessness and violence.

We are talking about self defense. And self preservation is a primery ingridient of the Torah So cut your false piety
Kahana
Choose a larger caliber
9 mm if possible
If no choice and need a smaller, more concealable firearm: a .380, but with the right ammo (TUI, hollowpoint etc).
Leave the .22 for training your children in safe use of firearms

I’l drink to that. Kahana probably meant for startes or because it rhymes

Dovid hamelech had a slingshot. We have options with better ballistics. Same spirit, better equipment.

I trust in hashem. I also trust in the safety off switch.

A Yid with bitachon is unstoppable — but a Yid with bitachon and a keili? That’s called practical Chassidus.
