Oye. Such dear warm memories who had the the greatest and most profound effect on me from the alter Chabad European chasidim in my early BT years weekly in his house in the 90’s. It’s known that the Rebbe called R Moshe one of his 3 mekusharim! The farbrengens Shabbos day imprinted on me and so many others what it meant to be connected to the Rebbeim and chasidus 24/7

My deepest condolences. May his memory always be a blessing. Rabbi was one of the most kindest and most patient. My family came here as refugees in 1990. Everyday he would pick me up in his then Volkswagon and my friends and drive us to school. He understood us like no other as he was also from Soviet Union. To this day I am able to say my prayers in Hebrew from his teachings. BDE
