New Rebbeim’s Nigunim Companion Out in time for Moshiach Seudah
Long-awaited and beautifully designed, the Seder Nigunim Companion is here! Produced by the Moshiach Office at Merkos 302, the booklet is a Nigunim aid for Chabad Houses attendees and uninitiated demographics.
Aside from the text, translation, and transliteration, the companion explores the background and meaning behind the Rebbeim’s nigunim. Photos of the Rebbeim bring the nigunim to life, allowing readers to visualize the composer of the song. The appendix includes Daled Bavos along with its preparatory and subsequent nigunim.
“Leading Seder Nigunim on the Shalosh Regalim can be challenging,” shares Rabbi Chai Kohn, shliach in South Florida. “Some community members are familiar with the tunes, but others can feel lost. The Seder Nigunim Companion bridges that gap, ensuring that everyone can participate and gain a deeper appreciation for these nigunim.”
“Shluchim have been requesting this companion, and they are eager to begin using it,” says Rabbi Mendy Kotlarsky, Director of Merkos 302. “It will be produced in various languages, and we hope it will become a year-round staple in Chabad Houses worldwide.”
Rabbi Shlomie Naparstek, director of the Moshiach Office at Merkos 302, says, “Singing Seder Nigunim during the Moshiach Seudah is a special minhag. The Seder Nigunim Companion takes the experience to a whole new level, connecting the crowd to the soul of the songs.”
Designed to complement the Festival of the Future program for Acharon shel Pesach, the Seder Nigunim Companion is a valuable resource for any shul or Chabad House Moshiach Seudah. It is offered as part of the Festival of the Future package for just $6.
