Tens of Chassidim Do Mivtza Tefillin At The UN

At the peak moments when Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu delivered his speech at the United Nations, tens of Chabad Chassidim came from Crown Heights to the large demonstration that took place near the United Nations building, putting tefillin on hundreds Jews.
