Chabad Family’s Vehicle Stoned While Driving to Yerushalayim, Rock Lands On Empty Seat

A Chabad mother driving with her children on her way to Yerushalayim was stoned by Palestinians Thursday, shattering a window with a stone that miraculously landing on an empty seat.
“Boruch Hashem she didn’t put any kids up front,” the victims husband told CrownHeights.info. “Or we would have had big problems.”
Sadly, the incident didn’t shock the family, and the fact that nothing was done about it was also not a surprise.
“The officers that came said that this has been going on all over the Yehuda and Shomron all day,” the victim’s husband said, “The authorities did nothing as usual. They show up, they look around, they leave until the next one.”
Images from the targeted vehicle shared by Yosef Hershkop, a relative of the victims, shows the shattered window and strewn glass. The rock had passed through the window and the space a person would have been in had they been sitting in the front passenger seat.
“There are daily attempts to murder Jews throughout Israel,” Hershkop said. “Earlier today while driving to Jerusalem, my sister in law and nephews (who are American citizens) were stoned and almost murdered, by terrorists. These attacks don’t make the news. Miraculously they were saved.”
