Florida Governor Ron DeSantis will be making a visit Monday afternoon to the Chabad Shul in Bal Harbor for the signing of two historic bills.

“We have the great honor to have Governor Ron Desantis visit The Shul this coming Monday, June 14th at 12:00pm to sign 2 important bills,” wrote Rabbi Sholom D. Lipskar in an email to his consituents.

The two bills are those that institute a Moment of Silence – bringing G-d back into our public schools, and Hatzalah being recognized as an official Florida Medical Emergency Service.
