Friendship Circle And Sauce N Cheese Partner For Virtual Pizza Party

This past Monday, Friendship Circle of Brooklyn hosted a night of fun for the entire family! Partnering with Sauce and Cheese, Friendship Circle arranged the delivery and pickup of 65 pies of pizza and created a fun, interactive family-friendly program! Families gathered on Zoom with their pizza dinner, excited to see their friends. Rabbi Berel Majesky, director of Friendship Circle, started the program with Torah, Tefillah, and Tzedaka. Rabbi Shmueli Zalmanov led a humorous StoryTime that had everyone laughing. JJ Duchman’s GameOn had everyone running around their homes completing silly and entertaining challenges. After all the fun and games ended, everyone said Shema and said goodbye to their friends.

Then, it was time to put the kids to bed and settle down for a special program for the parents! In a talk titled “Socially Distant, Soulfully Connected,” Rabbi Samuels inspired all with his pearls of wisdom, and gave some much needed Chizuk.

Thank you to Sauce and Cheese, to the Friendship Circle staff for organizing, and to all the volunteers who made deliveries.
