The training will help parents learn to build rapport with their teens, and help them develop self-esteem.

It will also guide parents in recognize warning signs, assess risk, create a safety plan, and discover available resources for parents and teens.

Presenters for the course will include Dr. Jonathan Singer, President of American Association of Suicidology, Dr. Bella Schanzer, Chief Medical Officer of Telehealth On-Call, and Dr. Lisa Jacobs, Child Psychiatry Fellow at Stanford University, and the founder and editor-in-chief of Penndulum Medical Magazine.
