Chabad of The Valley Celebrates 46th with Gala

Chabad of the Valley celebrated its 46th year in the greater S. Fernando Valley in a Concert Gala titled “B’YACHAD” – Connecting, Empowering, Advancing – Together.

The evening which took place at Chabad of the Valley Headquarters in Tarzana, featured acclaimed Broadway entertainer Dudu Fisher in concert.

One of Chabad’s youth directors, Moti Zilberstein, a young man who grew up within the community, was the recipient of the “Rabbi Joshua B. Gordon Lamplighter Award”.

Chabad of the Valley has evolved from its earlier years as an organization consisting of three small outposts – in Encino, Tarzana and Westlake Village – into a network of 27 flourishing community centers now spanning the more than 2,000 square miles of the greater San Fernando and Conejo Valleys, Ventura County, Simi Valley and Santa Clarita.
