Esquire Feature on Men’s Fashion Includes Shliach

Rabbi Chaim Shaul Bruk, Chabad emissary in Bozeman, Montana, was featured in the latest issue of Esquire Magazine, where he gave his own personal take on men’s fashion.

“My clothing is always enhanced with my natural Jewish garb,” Rabbi Bruk told the magazine, which featured a photo of him decked out in a Chasidic hat and jacket alongside several other fashionable men on the full-page spread.

“To me, it’s the ultimate fusion: twenty-first century style with three thousand years of uplifting tradition,” said Rabbi Bruk.

    • Absolutly

If it helps reach just one more Jew, then it is worth it – if all it took was to answer a few questions…

Perhaps the shliach did not know that the interview was for a specific magazine, or what the magazine was about…

the movie was not meant for you… or maybe it was.
It is for people who need to re-learn what was considered “obvious” to any true, self-respecting Jew for thousands of years.

real question is, who found this in the magazine in the first place, and why would ch.info write the name of the magazine instead of just saying, shliach featured in national magazine…

He is being noticed. He got exposure. That’s a great way to do it. We should be happy he was not ignored.
