Photos: The Great Banner Is Unfurled

Preparations for the great Lag Ba’omer Parade are well underway, as hundreds of volunteers work feverishly to make sure that the tens of thousands of children attending will have the time of their lives amid a remarkable display of Jewish pride.

Yesterday, the Great Parade banner, a giant printed tarp which covers the facade of the four-story 770 building, was unfurled.

For the next week, the millions of passengers traveling along Eastern Parkway will see what is set to take place on the corner of Kingston Ave. this Sunday.
