Admor’s Son Reviews ‘Schneersohn Collection’

The son of the Rebbe of Toldos Avrohom Yitzchok of Jerusalem was in Moscow for a brief visit Thursday, which he utilized to visit the disputed ‘Schneersohn Collection’ currently being housed at the Museum of Tolerance in Russia’s capital.

Rabbi Aharon Kahan, the Admor’s firstborn son and Rosh Yeshivas Toldos Avraham Yitzchok, was moved by the invaluable seforim and manuscripts in the collection, which the previous Lubavitcher Rebbeim had painstakingly collected over the years.

He was also given a brief tour of some of the Chabad educational and charity institutions in Moscow, which deeply moved him. He visited as well the local Matzah bakery, from which hundreds of thousands of Matzos are distributed to hundreds of Jewish communities throughout the former Soviet Union, under the supervision of Russia’s Chief Rabbi Berel Lazar.
