Netanyahu Invokes Lubavitcher Rebbe on Facebook

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu invoked the words spoken to him by the Lubavitcher Rebbe for a second time this week, in a post to his Facebook page in both Hebrew and English.

At this time, the Facebook post received nearly 12,000 likes.

The Rebbe said to him many years ago when he was an envoy to the UN, that despite the UN being a place of darkness, a small candle can bring much light. The Rebbe urged him to light that candle.

This same message was invoked a few days ago by the Prime Minister at a Menorah lighting ceremony at the Western Wall.
